We’re totally mad about pizza
When a passion turns into an obsession, and an obsession into a business... you get Fold Me Close.
We’re a family run Bedfordshire based pizza company making banging authentic Neapolitan style pizza-always from our own in-house slow rise dough, proofed for at least 48 hours. (We never ever use mass produced or frozen dough). Our ingredients are carefully selected from the best Italian and British producers and prepared fresh daily for our pop-ups, street food events and private hire bookings. We’ll bring the pizza to you in ‘Pam’ our vintage VW horse-lorry–turned-pizza-kitchen.

Our journey started in January 2021 – a lockdown pizza baby.
origins
We swapped office life for a pizza truck in 2021, to turn our passion for pizza into a full time business. We’ve either cooked, eaten or talked about pizza every day since.

We’re always pushing to find cool pop-up spots, meet new producers, improve our dough, test recipes and plan collabs with exciting brands.
